This is to notify that I got a product Name Caprese floral printed sling with pouch handbag quantity 2 dated on 16th March 2025.This is to bring into your notification that I was traveling and couple of days before I started using this bag and find that the quality of the product is very poor ,the zips of the handbag is not aligned and it is difficult to open the bag.While opening the zip of the bag , zip is getting stuck in and clashing with inside cloth, resulting in torning of the inside cloth.I have used it only once and another bag has not been used which I have given to my sister .We have removed the tag of the handbag with the intent of using it .
This has been literally a disappointing experience for me and my sister.we have been a regular purchaser from Myntra .I never expected that a brand like caprese makes such a third grade quality handbag.
What made this brand to sell such poor quality product at your portal .Very disappointing

It was out of stock for a month or so and then it appeared but price was high and yeah got at good discount and indeed worth all wait 😊

The tiny pouch is also very sturdy and strap and zips too
Enough storage and that too with multiple partitions
Loved the color but yes from photo it looked polyester fabric but it’s actually synthetic leather so may be in 1-2 years it will start to wrinkle but still recommended
