Not enough bounce control. Missed that it was non padded. Ok for light impact exercises. Fit is decent.

Very nice fit and gives perfect support. Cant be wornnunder any dress as minimiser also. Love wearing it to my yoga classes and thereafter. Wear it under t shirts as am bust heavy for regular use also
