Coverage is good, no lift up. Normal regular wear bra. I gave rating as 3 because of the fabric. In description mentioned as cotton but not at all cotton. It can be spandex or polyester not cotton. It is not breathable. I particularly bought this looking for cotton fabric that is why very disappointed.
