If you usually wear L go for M(40) size
It was more loose from waist as compared to other M OR L sized shirts I have

L 42 users for your information.. mostly people’s have a trouble in size. Usually I am using Large.. But this specific product I only required medium size.. Length vise it’s okay but chest and shoulder may be it won’t be correct size.. So keep in mind. Product was good.. High quality one..
