Stitching is good, PU material is of good quality, TPR sole is also of good quality grips is also good on marble and tiles floor though it will loose dome grip after gathering some dirt its unavoidable in any shoe but still this performs good, cheap shoes dont have good sole.
One thing is that the lace holes should have been reinforced, only the end hole is reinforced. Should not be a problem unless you buy oversized shoe and have to tightly fasten the lace.
And its comfortable.
