The hook of the dragonfly which holds the chain of the bracelet is v small. It should have been slightly bigger,as because it becomes v difficult to put back the chain via the hook,if it falls through. It is pretty time consuming and cumbersome as the chain falls off and doesn’t want to go in easily, due to the size of the hook. Otherwise it’s a nice bracelet but the cost too is quite higher than it deserves to be.
